ChargedUp! Moves to Substack to Foster Continued Growth

October 14, 2026•2 min read

The ChargedUp! team is excited to announce its migration to Substack as our new home for electrification industry insights, commentary and dialogue.

Our publication has undergone big changes over the past 12 months. First, we expanded our editorial focus beyond EV charging to include all electrification efforts across eight content pillars. Then, we transferred to new management under the ownership of marketing agency PublioSTUDIO. Our move to Substack reflects our latest chapter as a media property that continues to evolve in response to how audiences discover and engage with information. Here's everything you need to know:

Why Substack?

Substack serves as a leading all-in-one digital platform for publishers, podcasters, journalists and independent creators. It allows these voices to amplify their messages through long-form articles, livestreams and real-time conversation. For ChargedUp!, it expands our capabilities to foster conversation among real estate owners, facilities managers and planners about how to respond to today’s energy transition efficiently, equitably and sustainably.

What You Can Expect

  • Cleaner design: Substack offers the functionality and elegance of a modern media platform, allowing our team to spend less time on technical configuration and more energy on content and audience engagement.

  • Enriched reader experience: Readers can join the Substack community to engage with ChargedUp! through a live feed, interactive chats and newspaper-style home page. As always, we’ll continue to deliver weekly stories to your inbox, along with facilitating dialogue on LinkedIn and all of your preferred social platforms.

  • Expanded partnerships: Our new home offers greater opportunity for companies to reach decision-makers with clarity, authority, and trust. To inquire and learn more, visit our Advertising and Sponsorship Opportunities page.

  • What doesn’t change: Quality reporting and reader commitment.

What’s Ahead

  • This will be the last ChargedUp! story published on the current site: Every story from here forward lives on Substack.

  • Domain transfer: For a brief period, you'll need to navigate to chargeduppro.substack.com to access new content. Soon, the ChargedUp! domain will point to Substack directly, and you’ll be able to find all our full archive there.

  • Same publishing cadence: We’ll continue to publish new stories each Tuesday along with Wednesday’s email newsletter and True Cost of Power column. Current subscribers will automatically remain on our mailing list.

  • In-app experience: Creating a Substack account unlocks the live feed, short-form updates and chats. Should you choose to join us, we recommend using the same address where you receive ChargedUp! emails.

Support Our Transition

Thank you for your readership and support. We hope you'll join us at our new home, and look forward to continuing to serve our growing community.
